"After 25 years or so, one of my pendants had "worn out". A friend recommended Augustus', so I looked up the hours and it said text or call. I texted them the first few pictures asking if this was something they could fix. They promptly responded saying they could and to visit at my earliest convenience with their hours. I stopped in, they examined my charm, priced the repairs and gave me an estimated ready date. I asked them to look at my chain as well, figuring while I was there if repairs needed to be done I could have them take care of it as well. Not only did they look at it, but they cleaned it before telling me it was just fine. They beat their estimated ready date by over a week and promptly texted me to tell me when my charm was ready. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend them. Job well done!"
